We've had some inquiries as to how to convert from the metric system to yards and inches. This constant conversion can prove to be "interesting" for us... the spools we import from the orient are measured in meters, but packaged and sold in North America by the yard!
Below is a table of some basic conversions:

| 1 cm = | 0.3937 inches |
| U.S. Measurement | Metric |
| 1 yard = | 0.9144 meters |
| 1 inch = | 2.54 centimeters |
The long and the short of it is, when you order 1 yard of something, and the price is calculated according to the meter, you are actually getting nearly 3 inches of product for no extra cost!
